Sali Honess-OndreyLCSW, Certifed Enneagram Trainer
Sali was first introduced to the Enneagram in 2000 using the wisdom it offered in her private counseling practice. In 2016 she was certified as an Enneagram Trainer through Enneagram Spectrum program. Since that time Sali has developed and facilitated several workshops for a variety of groups from corporate employees to those living in generational poverty and the homeless. An In-Depth Introduction to the Enneagram
This 7 week, 12-hour interactive workshop will cover the core Enneagram types, wings, arrows, Centers of Intelligence, Sub-types, Conflict Styles, etc. This workshop will include lecture presentations, group discussion, guest appearances, and the creation of a personal Action Plan which puts all the learning into a plan forward. The first 12 persons to register are invited to be a part of this pilot program.
The 12 cohort members will meet once a week for seven weeks as follows:
- Introductions, Self-Awareness, Personality construction, The Five A’s
- Brief overview of Types, Looking at the parts of the Enneagram Symbol (Centers of Intelligence, Wings, Arrows), Sub-types, and Conflict Styles
- The Heart Types
- The Head Types
- The Gut Types
- Review of Material – In-Depth Discussion
- Action Plans Shared
