  My vocation has been connecting faith and health as both a nurse and a seminary professor. Becoming a spiritual director has been a logical step in living out that calling. I welcome the opportunity to create a hospitable space in spiritual direction for sharing your story and together explore the movement of God in your life. I enjoy gardening, cooking, being in nature and spending time with my family. Perhaps one of the richest resources in my spiritual journey is my garden, a small oasis of nature in my urban context that engages my senses giving me joy, beauty and abundant metaphors for God’s work in providing vegetables from the earth, flowers of many colors, sizes and shapes, and compost that takes the waste of life and makes fertile soil.
